Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your request must be made within 30 calendar days of the date you received your order.
  • The product must have been purchased directly from our website.
  • You must contact us by email to initiate the return process.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are eligible for return under our satisfaction guarantee.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) must be provided.

What is Covered

  • Products that do not meet your expectations for any reason.
  • Products you are not satisfied with after use.
  • Products where you have experienced no noticeable benefit.
  • Orders where you have changed your mind.

What is Not Covered

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago.
  • Products not purchased directly from glp1relief.co.uk.
  • Refund requests made without proof of purchase.

2.4 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@glp1relief.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: Our customer service team will respond within 24 business hours with instructions.
  • Step 3: If a physical return is required, we will provide the return address. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  • Step 4: Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.

2.5 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank).
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days.
  • We do not offer cash refunds.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

2.6 Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. In such cases:

  • We will arrange collection at no cost to you.
  • We will offer a full refund or replacement at your preference.
  • Replacements will be dispatched within 48 business hours of confirmation.

2.7 Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to a recurring delivery plan:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled processing date.
  • To cancel, email support@glp1relief.co.uk or manage your subscription through your account portal.
  • Cancellations received after a payment has been processed will be refunded under our 30-day guarantee policy.
